Where do you ship to?

Currently I only ship within the UK

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped second class as standard via the Royal Mail which is 2-3 working days for delivery.

How do I track my order?

Your Tracking information will be included within your dispatch email, please feel welcome to contact me if you need further help.

Returns

How do I return an item?

I am confident you will love your order, but should you have a reason you wish to return it to me please contact me.

Please note that personalised gifts are not accepted for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or have a fault.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges may be possible depending on stock availability, please request this in your contact form and I will do my best to accommodate

Collection Orders

Can I collect my order?

Yes! If you are a local customer you can collect from me, if you request collection you will receive an email with collection details and times.
